Genkiness is a newly established community-driven project based in Tokyo that aims to provide children with free, engaging, and interactive art classes. We believe that every child, regardless of background or economic status, should have the opportunity to explore their creativity and develop a healthy mind to overcome life’s challenges.
Bilingual Art Classes
Our classes will be taught by talented bilingual instructors in both English and Japanese, ensuring that children from diverse backgrounds can participate. Each class is designed to be interactive, encouraging collaboration and making art enjoyable for all skill levels.
Where you can find us
Genkiness classes will be held in various café spaces across Tokyo, taking advantage of cozy, community-centered environments. By using café spaces during early morning hours, we create a unique atmosphere that blends creativity with comfort.
When to Join Us
Classes will be held on weekend mornings, making it easy for families to fit into their schedules. Each session is tailored to help children explore different art techniques while having fun.
At the moment, we have a team of dedicated teachers and several cafés on board. We’re currently getting everything organized and are excited to begin holding our first classes in January 2025.
